YUMMY YUMMY IN MY TUMMY
We have fish tacos fairly regularly in my house. I'm not a big meat eater, so fish is a staple.
Grilling fish is fast and easy & this particular fish had a peppercorn and cajun seasoning.
The wow factor of this meal is the coleslaw. I'm a sucker for anything creamy.
Can you believe I've never made coleslaw before this?
1 head cabbage shredded
(I like mine in larger chunks)
2 carrots thinly chopped
1 C. Mayo
1/3 C. Chopped Yellow Onion
3 Tb. White Vinegar
1 Tb. Mustard
2 Tsp. Celery Salt
2 Tb. Sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
This is a simple recipe. All it takes is mixing ingredients in a bowl.
